The Beyoncé Dance Workshop is one of Who Cares, I Care's most celebrated signature programs. Led by founder Dennis Williams, this high-energy, joy-filled experience uses the music and artistry of Beyoncé as a vehicle for self-expression, confidence-building, and community connection. Participants don't just learn choreography — they discover their power.

From au pairs in New York City to students at Brooklyn Pride and Downtown Brooklyn events, the Beyoncé Dance Workshop has moved audiences of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Every session ends with one message: you are a superstar.
